Julie Dubernard designs private residences with patience and restraint — homes composed room by room, in close conversation with the people who live in them.
Her work begins with what a house already has: its light, its proportions, its history. Rather than imposing a style, the studio draws each interior out of these givens — choosing fewer, better things and giving them room to breathe.

Restraint
Every element must earn its place. We remove before we add, and let the architecture speak first.

Plaster, timber, stone, linen — natural materials chosen for how they wear, age and hold the light.

Rooms are composed around their light — morning and evening, summer and winter — before any object is chosen.
